Make your school famous!! Counting down to the Ocean Guardian Assembly...

It's only 30 days till our new endeavour takes shape to bring us all together, at one point and time, with the ‘Ocean Guardian Assembly’!  This is going to be a celebration of everything we have achieved so far and an opportunity for you to showcase your school as well. Join your school assembly with ours from 9:15 to 9:40 on Friday 7th June, 2019, on the day before World Oceans Day.

Do you want to showcase and celebrate your school's achievements?

We really want the assembly to feature material sent in from all our schools taking part - that's you!  We would love it if you can submit a short video or some pictures from your school to share your children's excitement, what you are doing or their messages about looking after the planet.  You can easily make a short video with a small bit of preparation using your phone - that's all we need to be able to include you!  The deadline for this is Tuesday 14th May. We will then be able to include you as a key part of our Ocean Guardian assembly - just as we are starting to get more and more attention for the work we are all doing.

so,

  1. See what you've got!  Film children talking about plastic pollution, displaying their work, being excited about something you have done to make a difference - whatever!  Celebrate your school and show off to the rest of the world.
  2. Send pictures by email to jeremy.payne@stjamescebournemouth.com
  3. Share video directly to jeremy.payne@stjamescebournemouth.com (if the file's too big to share then drop an email and we can arrange a different way to hand it over...)
  4. Be part of this assembly, give your children their moment of fame and glory and inspire others!

We can't wait to see what you've been up to - it will only take you a short time, get out your phone, make a short film and send it in!
